How do I place
an order?
Click on one of our product categories or use our Search
function. When you see an item you like, click on it
to get product details. Click on the Add button to add
it to your Shopping Basket. Continue shopping until
you're ready to check out.
If an item is temporarily out of stock it will display
"Availability: temporarily out of stock" on the product
details page. You may still add it to your Shopping
Bag. It will ship upon arrival. You will not be charged
until your item ships.
Finished shopping? Click Checkout. If it's your first
time shopping on our website, you have the option to
Create an Account (it's simple!), checkout as a guest
or simply Log In if you've ordered before.
Review your order and click Update if necessary. Then
click on Checkout. You'll be guided through each step
of checkout.
Can I phone in my order?
Yes. Call our Customer Service Department toll-free,
Monday-Friday 10AM to 6PM Central Time, at 1-877-428-5588.
Our customer service representatives will assist you
with your order.
How do I remove items from my shopping bag?
If your shopping bag is not yet "checked out," just
click on the "X" button next to the quantity box.However,
once you've checked out, we may not be able to cancel
an order if it's already in the shipping process. Please

How do I make changes to my order?

change the quantity of the item in your shopping bag,
and be sure to click "Update Cart Totals." However,

How do I cancel my order completely?
If you are in the process of checking out, and decide
you'd rather cancel the order, abandon the checkout
process by clicking on the Nooks & Niches logo. This
will return you back to the homepage. At that point,
you can either return to your shopping cart and remove
the items that you no longer wish to purchase or you
can leave them in your shopping cart. Keep in mind,
once an order has been placed, we may not be able to

canceling an order that's already been placed.
How do I ship to an address other than my
billing address?
Shipping to another address that is different from your
billing address is easy. As you go through our checkout
process, simply enter in the shipping address when you
arrive on the shipping information page. If you're a
registered user, the address will be automatically added
to your address book (so that you can access it for
future purchases).
