Must I create an
account to shop?
You don't need to create an account to shop on
the site. Users may checkout without registering.
However, creating an account gives you the ability
to track your orders, with secure access to your
account information. Plus, it makes it easier
for you the next time you shop with us.Above all,
it's simple - all we need is your name, your email
address, and a password. That's it!
How will I know that
you've received my order?
We'll email you a confirmation of your order,
providing we have an accurate email address. This
will include order number and total amount we'll
charge. We'll send a subsequent email(s) when
your products ship, including tracking information
(if available).
How do I know if
my items are available or if they're back ordered?
On the product detail page, take notice of the
availability. The words "temporarily out of stock"
will appear if a product is not currently available.
You may still order the out of stock item but
please understand that the out of stock item will
be excluded from your shipment and will be shipped
when it becomes available. You will not be charged
additional shipping charges and you will not be
charged for the out of stock items until they
ship. Occasionally, when we go to fill your order,
we find that an item we believed was in stock
is, in fact, damaged or defective. If this should
occur, we'll notify you immediately.
Do I have to pay
sales tax?
Only orders shipping to addresses within Kansas
are subject to sales tax.
What credit cards
do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover.
Is my credit card
information secure?
Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet,
so that data is transmitted privately and securely.
We makes every effort to protect your online order
by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.
When is my credit
card charged?
Items are charged to you when they ship, which
is usually the same day for orders placed before
12 noon CST. If an item is out of stock, you will
not be charged until it ships.
How do I place a
gift order?
You will be asked for a shipping address when
you enter your order. Please enter the gift recipient's
information as requested. Don't forget a phone
number! Even if you don't box an item, you can
include a gift message by typing in your message
in the comments box during checkout. Your message
will be handwritten on an enclosure card and included
with the order.
Can I send gifts
to more than one address?
Each order can be sent to only one address. If
you are purchasing several gifts to be shipped
to different addresses, you'll need to place a
separate order for each different shipping address.
Can I have my gifts
boxed?
Yes. Nooks and Niches offers gift-wrapping services
for the cost of $2.00 per item. Your gift will
be wrapped in tissue, placed in a kraft gift box
and topped off with our signature ribbon and gift
tag.
How do I remove
my name from your email mailing list?
Just let us know and we'll take the necessary
steps. Simply email us your name and email with
the message "unsubscribe".
How do I change
my mailing or email address?
Please visit the "My Account" section of our website
to update your personal information. Or call us
at 1-877-428-5588 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00p.m.
Central Time.
Do you disclose
any personal information to outside parties?
We will not disclose any personally identifiable
information (your name, address, phone #, email
address) to any third party unless required by
law to do so.
Can I purchase your
products wholesale?
No. Nooks & Niches is a "retail" outlet and we
do not sell products at wholesale prices.
Please do not call or email our Customer Service
department for wholesale manufacturer contact
information. Our customer service representatives
do not have access to the information you seek.
In addition, our company policy prohibits us from
providing manufacturer contact information to
outside parties.

Can you send me
a catalog?
Due to our ever-changing product lineup we do
not currently have a print catalog. All of the
products and lines we carry are listed on our
website with product details and pricing. If you
