 USPS Priority shipping costs are based on the package weight and are calculated based on the USPS Priority rates.

 

How do you ship your products?

  • We currently ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. We ship to the 50 United States. Standard ground shipments will take 1-6 business days to arrive depending on which state you ship to.  2-Day and Next Day deliveries will arrive within 2 business days or the next business day. Please allow extra time when shipping to remote rural areas. We also offer free ground shipping on all orders of $75 or more. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email via UPS or USPS with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order.
 

Do you ship to Canada?

  • At this time we do not ship to Canada.
 

Do you offer priority deliveries?

  • Yes. You can choose 3-Day, 2-Day or 1-Day service for an additional charge. Orders placed before 1:00PM Central Time Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM Central Time Monday through Friday, Holidays, or weekends will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Expedited Shipping delivers Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). No saturday delivery unless requested. Saturday delivery will incur an additional fee. Please call for information.
 

When will my order ship?

  • All order placed before 1:00p.m. Central time will typically ship the same day. All other orders will ship the next business day.
 

Can I phone in my order?

  • Yes. Call our Customer Service Department toll-free, Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM Central Time, at 1-877-428-5588. Our customer service representatives will assist you with your order.
 

When will my credit card be charged?

  • Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
 

Do you accept checks or money orders?

  • At this time orders placed online can be paid only with a credit card, paypal account or Nooks and Niches store credit.
 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

  • Only orders shipping to addresses within Kansas are subject to sales tax.
 

Can I make changes to my order?

  • We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change please call Customer Service toll-free at 877-428-5588 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
 

An item is missing from my shipment.

  • If an item you ordered is on backorder we may ship a partial order to you. When this happens, a notice is sent along with your order advising you of the delay. If you received a partial shipment with no advisory notice, please contact us immediately at (866) 428-5588 so that we can investigate it for you.

    Any unavailable items you've ordered will automatically be placed in a backorder status and we will ship it immediately upon availability -- and we will pay the shipping charges.

 

Is gift wrap available?

  • Yes. Nooks and Niches offers gift-wrapping services for the cost of $2.00 per item. Your gift will be wrapped in tissue, placed in a kraft gift box and topped off with our signature stripe ribbon.
 

Do you include a gift card?

  • We'd be happy to include a free gift card with your order, even if it is not gift-wrapped. We will write out your gift message ourselves to give it the added personal touch. Each gift card is written on a kraft enclosure card.
 

Can I send gifts to more than one address?

  • Each order can be sent to only one address. If you are purchasing several gifts to be shipped to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each different shipping address.
 

Is my credit card transaction secure?

  • Your credit card transactions are secure. All online orders are sent through a secure server using the latest SSL technology to encrypt the information being transmitted. Additionally, your credit card number is passed directly through Verisign using the most sophisticated online security available. We do not see nor do we store your credit card number on our site.
 

Do you disclose any personal information to outside parties?

  • We will not disclose any personally identifiable information (your name, address, phone #, email address) to any third party unless required by law to do so.

What is your return policy?

  • Nooks and Niches accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt on unopened, unused and in resalable condition merchandise less all shipping costs. This includes the cost of free shipping if your order was originally shipped with our free shipping offer. All gift with purchases need to be returned unused if the entire order is being returned or the item offering the gift with purchase is being returned. Unfortunately and without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items.

    Please note that if you wish to exchange product(s) return and replacement shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport your authorized return to Nooks and Niches. Replacement shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport the replacement item to you.

    To return an item please email or call customer service for a Return Authorization Number and for return/exchange information. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number written on the outside of the box. Call between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time: 877-428-5588 or email us at sales@nooksandniches.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Please have available the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the item(s) so we can process this in a timely fashion. No refund will be given without the original receipt and all refunds are subject to approval. All refunds will be in the form of the original credit card used in the original transaction. All return authorizations are valid for no more than twenty one days. Returned merchandise must be received by our returns department within the twenty one day time period.

  • Pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and send it via insured UPS or USPS as all items must be received in resalable condition. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused items, if approved, we will credit the original credit card that was used in the original transaction minus all applicable shipping costs. No refund will be issued until we have received the item(s). Refunds usually appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles. Allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.

    Due to possible product tampering Nooks and Niches cannot accept returns or exchanges on ANY fragrance. This policy maintains strict quality control guidelines and ensures that every fragrance that is shipped is guaranteed 100% original manufacturer product.

    Nooks and Niches does not accept returns of special order or clearance sale items.
 

Can I return a product I purchased on clearance.

  • All sales are final on clearance items unless they were damaged during shipment.
 

Can I purchase your products wholesale?

  • No. Nooks & Niches is a "retail" outlet and we do not sell products at wholesale prices.

    Please do not call or email our Customer Service department for wholesale manufacturer contact information. Our customer service representatives do not have access to the information you seek. In addition, our company policy prohibits us from providing manufacturer contact information to outside parties.

Can you send me a catalog?

  • Due to our ever-changing product lineup we do not currently have a print catalog. All of the products and lines we carry are listed on our website with product details and pricing.
